Michele Cocco

After earning a degree in Physics from the University of Pisa and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering (Microsystems) from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, in 2002, he founded Ethics Molecular Biotechnology S.r.l. Subsequently, in 2004, he established EdgeConsulting S.r.l., a startup specializing in miniaturized sensors for diagnostic applications. Finally, in 2010, he founded Edgelab S.r.l. Since 2002, he has been providing consultancy services to public entities, companies, and academic institutions for funding projects and as a technology expert. He has contributed to and participated in significant research and development programs at both the national and European levels. Over the course of his career, he has developed substantial expertise in project management, R&D, and production.

Emmanuele Mastagni

After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Administration, and Law from the University of Pisa in 2009 and a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University in 2011, he has been registered with the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants since October 2015 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2020. He is currently Co-Partner and Head of the Capital Markets division at DGPA&Co S.p.A. Over the course of his career, he has gained significant expertise in corporate finance, with a particular focus on business advisory services related to extraordinary corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers, and the listing of financial instruments on stock markets.

Neelesh Vijay Tungar

After earning a degree in Engineering from Nagpur University in 1994 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Telecom Management in 1998, between 1998 and 2020, he held various senior and executive roles in several companies, including Nelco Limited, Tata Power Broadband, and Tata Power SED (Strategic Engineering Division). From 2020 to 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Bharat Forge Limited. As of the Admission Document Date, Neelesh Vijay Tungar, in addition to serving as a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors, is the Chief Executive Officer of Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited.
